Family
This is the screen you open every morning: everyone’s lessons in time order, who needs you and who does not, and Klio’s own working notes down the side.

Three steps, and the day is done.
1
Tell Klio what happened
A photo of the worksheet, twenty seconds from the car, or one typed line at midnight. However the day ended.
2
Tomorrow comes back drafted
Ask for lessons and practice grounded in recent work, with a plan that accounts for each child and your available teaching time.
3
Review the decisions that matter
Review draft feedback and proposed curriculum changes. Routine records and permitted schedule adjustments come with a clear receipt.
The part you dread, already handled.
Capture anything, sort nothing

Records that keep themselves
Attendance, hours, grades, and a portfolio build out of the work you already did — ready the day somebody asks to see them.
You set the boundaries
Official grades and curriculum decisions stay under parent control. Ask to preview a lesson before it is published to your child.
Undo eligible schedule changes
Eligible schedule adjustments include an undo. If later work makes reversal unsafe, Klio tells you instead of overwriting it.
“
Start with the work your children actually did. Keep the evidence attached to what happens next.
Add your children, subjects, curriculum, and available learning days. Klio uses that context when you ask it to prepare a plan.
Do I have to change how I teach?
No. Klio follows the curriculum and the rhythm you already chose. It just means you don't have to hold all of it in your head.
What if Klio gets something wrong?
Review inferred grades and educational decisions before they become official. Routine actions follow your permissions. Eligible schedule adjustments can be undone while the affected work is still unchanged.
Do my kids log in too?
They can. Each child gets a simple space of their own for reading and practice, and what they do there lands back in your day.
Is my family's work really mine?
Your source work stays connected to its records. You can export supported school records and manage or cancel your membership from billing settings.
